Ordering Teddies

We are in the UK so if you would like to place an order for a furry in our 'Available' section, the fastest and easiest way is to give me a call on 01509 267597 ( drop the 0 and use +44 if overseas) or send me an email then tell me the name of the animal you wish to adopt (found on the page describing your chosen animal).

LAYAWAY terms can be offered for most bears by making a deposit of 1/3rd immediately and paying the remainder in two equal parts over the next two months.

If you want something to be made for you let me know the name of the creation you prefer or if you would like something different provide details of what you are looking for, since I would be happy to design and make something new just for you.  

On receipt of your email or call I will contact you personally (by phone if you are in the UK) to confirm the order, discuss any specific requirements you may have and give you some indication when your animal is likely to be ready.

Then your order will go in a queue and when it has reached the top of the queue you will be contacted again to make sure you still want me to go ahead.  Please note my waiting list is between 12 and  18 months - I know that may seem long but I do everything myself by a hand and am a perfectionist and many of my creations take in excess of 72 hours so I only make a  few creations each year, however I am sure once you receive your furry you will agree he or she was worth waiting for as you will find they are truly unique.

I have full confidence in my work and would not normally ask for deposits; however I have been advised to do so by trading standards therefore once I am ready to start work a deposit of 25% will be required.  

When your furry is ready you will be contacted again with a photo and details of postage costs; you can pay the balance by cheque (pounds sterling), postal order, international money order, or credit card.

If you are happy we can sort of payment arrangements at that point, with some country exceptions I can accept MasterCard or Visa payments  but please do not provide that information now as I will contact you when your creation is ready. 

Once your payment has been processed I will arrange for your furry to be sent to you and contact you with details, if possible I will let you know the carrier's tracking reference along with details of how to track your bear online.  I worry about my family of animals while they are in transit so would appreciate it if you would let me know when yours arrives.

Ordering Supplies

We do not have a shopping basket facility but this has an advantage to you since it means your delivery costs are based on what it costs us and you don't have to contribute to the higher costs involved in creating, maintaining and supporting a shopping basket website.

If you are ordering supplies the easiest way is to send me an email with a list of what you want and I will check availability, work out the delivery costs and get back to you the details - usually the same day.

Once you have confirmed your order you can pay by cash, cheque, postal order, Paypal, travellers cheques and with a couple of country exceptions I can also accept MasterCard, EuroCard and Visa payments - in all instances payments can only be accepted in pounds sterling. For orders in the UK we also accept payments by all of the popular debit cards you can either phone me with your card details or let me have your number and I will call you for the details either way you can be sure of absolute safety at all times.

Goods are shipped as soon as your payment clears which in the case of all forms of card payment can mean the same day if you order before 3pm.

Satisfaction Guarantee

I do appreciate the problems of buying anything from a photograph and if you are not entirely satisfied with your furry or supplies when your package arrives then you may return  everything (in its original condition) within 7 days for a full refund excluding postage. Please make sure the package is postmarked within seven days of receipt, and in the original condition complete with all accessories.

It is advisable to insure your parcel since refunds can only be given on goods received back here in good condition, however I am sorry but in keeping with Uk regulations postage is non-refundable.  

The only exception to this refund policy is when something has been custom created for you, when refunds cannot be given.
