Inspired by
a couple of very naughty Meerkats who ate all my KFC at a
friends in South Africa , this is perhaps my favourite since he
most closely resembles those two cheeky characters |

Materials |
Lucca was made from
two mohair fabrics, the one on his tummy and inner parts is a
sandy colour while the one used for the outer body is a slightly
longer two tone tipped fabric. His nose and claws were
handmade using Sculpey, the feet have ultrasuede pads and the
eyes are hand painted glass. |

Fillings

A sack containing steel shot weights the tummy, a
covered wire is fitted through the full length of the tail elsewhere
he is filled with hi-loft polyester |
